Google Ads conversion measurement will be used to determine whether a user who visited the website through an advertisement completed an inquiry. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names and inquiry details entered in the inquiry form will not be transmitted to Google for Google Ads conversion measurement.
Users may reject or withdraw consent to advertising and measurement cookies through the cookie banner or cookie settings. Refusal will not prevent users from browsing the website or submitting an inquiry, but the inquiry may not be included in advertising conversion statistics.
Google Ads conversion measurement is scheduled to begin on October 14, 2026, the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy.

LINKFLOW CO., LTD. (the "Company") establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect personal information and user rights in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws.
Article 1 Scope
This Policy applies to the websites operated by the Company and the inquiry and customer support services provided through them: linkflow.co.kr, linkflowstore.com, nexx360.co.kr, nexx360.jp, nexx360.us, fitt360.co.kr.
This Policy also applies to the following mobile applications provided by the Company: FITT360, FITT360 PB, NEXX Mobile, PB100G Manager, LINKFLOW BOLD. It continues to apply where a listed domain redirects to the primary domain or where the service configuration changes.

The Company does not currently provide account registration, online ordering or payment, guest ordering, or product review functions on its websites. Before introducing a newsletter or marketing subscription function, the Company will obtain separate consent and update this Policy before collection begins.
Article 3 Collection Methods

Article 4 Shopify Platform and Network Intelligence
The Company's websites are operated on the Shopify platform. Shopify may process IP addresses, device and browser information, page visit, search and click information, and information entered in an inquiry form to provide hosting, page display, search and product discovery, localization, inquiry forms, security and cookie consent management.
Shopify provides Network Intelligence as part of the services used by the Company. Where this functionality applies, Shopify may process device and network information and website activity together with other Shopify data to improve products and services and provide personalization, performance analysis and advertising-related features. Other merchants cannot directly view a visitor's personal information.
Where a user rejects non-essential cookies or opts out of applicable data sharing or targeted advertising choices, Shopify reflects that choice for non-essential purposes in accordance with applicable law and settings. More information and Shopify privacy rights are available at:

Article 5 Mobile Applications
The Company's mobile apps provide product connectivity, recording and preview, photo/video management, and device settings. Permissions allowed by the user, including location, storage, photos/media, camera and local network access, may be used on the device to provide these functions.
Based on current app-store disclosures, FITT360, FITT360 PB and NEXX Mobile are identified as not collecting user data for the Company or sharing such data with third parties. The Android PB100G Manager app is identified as potentially sharing app information, performance data and device or other identifiers, and the Android LINKFLOW BOLD app is identified as potentially sharing location information with third-party services. Such information may be processed by app-store, operating-system or technology service providers for app distribution, operating-system features, product connectivity, diagnostics or app functionality and may not be separately stored on Company servers.
Users may reject or withdraw app permissions in device settings. Refusing required permissions may limit product connectivity, recording, media storage or viewing, or location-based functions. If app functions or data practices change, the Company will update both the app-store data-safety disclosures and this Policy.

Article 7 Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not generally disclose personal information to third parties. Article 10 Deletion
The Company deletes personal information without undue delay after its purpose has been fulfilled or the retention period has expired. Information required by law is segregated and retained for the statutory period. Electronic files are deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery or reproduction, and paper records are destroyed by shredding, incineration or another appropriate method.

Article 15 Changes to this Policy
The Company may amend this Policy in response to changes in law, services or processing practices. Minor changes are generally announced at least 7 days before they take effect, and changes materially affecting user rights are generally announced at least 30 days in advance on the Company's website.
