These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the official website and related services provided by LINKFLOW Co., Ltd. ("Company"). These Terms apply to all users including consumers, businesses (B2B), and government entities (B2G). Where a separate agreement exists, its terms will take precedence.

Article 1 (Application and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms apply to the official website and all affiliated services operated by the Company.

  2. These Terms also apply to the following legacy domains, which will be integrated into the unified official website:

  3. All user data (e.g. member registration, product registration) from these legacy websites will be deleted upon integration. Users must resubmit information for support services.

Article 2 (Scope of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

  • Product and technical information

  • News and press release content

  • Inquiry handling and technical support

  • Introduction and download guidance for mobile apps

  • E-commerce functions for select products

  • Other services provided by the Company

Article 3 (Account Registration and Management)

  1. Registration is open to users aged 14 or older, including businesses and institutions.

  2. Users must update their account information promptly upon changes. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect data.

  3. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that use false or unauthorized information.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

  • Register with false or third-party information

  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or others

  • Disrupt service with malware or unauthorized access

  • Violate any laws or public order

  • Misuse the site or app in abnormal ways

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All content (text, images, videos, UI, etc.) provided by the Company belongs to the Company or rightful third parties.

  2. Users may not copy, distribute, transmit, or modify content without prior written consent.

Article 6 (External Links and Third-Party Services)

  1. The Company may provide links to third-party services, which users access at their own risk.

  2. External tools such as Shopify and Google Analytics may collect user data.

Article 7 (E-Commerce Notices)

  1. The Company’s e-commerce functions are operated in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  2. Details regarding orders, payments, shipping, and returns are governed by separate policies published on the website.

Article 8 (Mobile App Services)

  1. The Company's apps offer remote control and gallery features only. No payment functionality is included.

  2. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates.

Article 9 (Personal Data Processing)

  1. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

  2. The website is hosted on Shopify, which collects user activity (e.g. browsing, location via IP, email interactions) automatically.

  3. Such data is transferred to Shopify servers located in the United States. Due to platform limitations, users cannot opt out individually and are considered to have agreed to the transfer by using the services.

Article 10 (Disclaimers)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network outages, or issues outside its control.

  2. For B2B or B2G users, separate contractual terms may override these Terms.

Article 11 (Severability)

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 12 (Governing Terms and Interpretation)

These Terms form the basic agreement between users and the Company. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific agreements or policies, the latter shall prevail.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

  2. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

Article 15 (Publication and Enforcement)

  1. These Terms are posted on the website and take effect from April 4, 2025.

  2. The Company may revise these Terms. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance; general changes will be posted at least 7 days in advance.
